Lunch from the In and Out Cafe today one of the Thursday specials. I chose the crab cake sandwich special. What a fantastic choice ! The special includes crab meat sandwich garnished to perfection, hand -cut fries and a beverage. The crab meat sandwich was excellent in flavor and quantity, hand-cut fries are the best in town the serving size was plentiful as well. The team mates were welcoming as I entered So nice to be welcomed upon entering. I truly plan to visit again very soon.

In & Out Cafe has a nice, causal atmosphere. The service was friendly and the food was great! I highly recommend the Steakhouse Patty Melt, it was amazing! 10 out of 10, would definitely go back! :)

This was a great find! We're from out of state and were visiting a sick relative in Sentara Hospital for a week. Tried In & Out Cafe twice. Food was excellent! Awesome sandwiches and the biggest burger I've ever eaten! They had daily specials of great comfort food and the staff were quite friendly. They get busy and seating is limited so be patient. Their food is worth it!!! Ed and Mary Dellinger

All I can say is OMG! My husband and I went in and got the Cuban and pizza panini. My husband has been looking for a authentic tasting Cuban ever since we moved here and in & out has succeeded! The pizza panini was also amazing... the cookies are ADDICTING !

5 Stars. Absolutely hit it out of the park. My only complaint is that I didn't know about In and Out sooner. I'm a cheesteak snob and let me tell you these are as authentic as they get. Better than the tourist traps in Philadelphia. Best thing too is that this great establishment is ran by a family originally from the Pittsburgh region. West is the best side. From the moment I walked in door I was greeted with a courteous smile and willingness to help from everyone. I observed multiple customers being assisted in a friendly manner and even during a busy time everyone was friendly and was not flustered. This entire staff knows how to treat their customers. You got a great thing going here. Keep it going. Let's Go Pens!

Went there for lunch last Friday (2/2)......had the lobster roll(plain w/butter) WOW it scrumptious . I have eaten many lobster rolls from Virginia to Las Vegas, this roll was fantastic. Plenty of warm lobster meat and the perfect New England roll. The fries were terrific. Not too many places serve fresh hand cut fries. I could have eaten a double order of both. There was man there raving about his hotdogs, and a lady about her cheesesteak sandwich. The owner Tim and the staff are super friendly and kind. I travel through E/C from Va M-F and In and Out is my new Friday lunch date .

I had not been to In-N-Out cafe since new management took over. They now have indoor seating, fries and burgers. The burger I got was thick, juicy cooked to perfection even had an egg on top. The fries home cut and cooked to perfection. On the menu, you can find something for everyone. I recommend in and out cafe. Cheers!

Do yourself a favor and stop by here!! The steakhouse cheesesteak was one of the best cheesesteaks I have ever had. Tastes like it was straight out of Philly! Fresh thin shaved ribeye and original hoagie bread rolls from Philly! The fresh cut fries were very good and the 3 fruit jack was like a homemade toaster strudel! Flaky, sweet fruit filling, not too sweet, and the perfect ending to a great lunch. The cherry on top was the homey atmosphere and 5 Star customer service that’s hard to come by! In & Out Cafe take extra steps to prepare homemade food with quality ingredients and it shows in the taste. I will be back!
